These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the 555 r platform and all services connected to it. 555 r is an online gaming and betting platform that provides casino games, slots, live casino and sports betting services to users in Bangladesh.

These Terms have been written in Bengali and apply to users residing in Bangladesh. The Bengali version of the Terms is the definitive version and will take precedence in case of any ambiguity.

1.1 Definitions

Opening an account on 555 r is completely free. Each person may operate only one account. Creating more than one account in the same person's name is strictly prohibited and will be treated as a punishable offence.

When registering an account you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information about yourself. If false or misleading information is provided, 555 r reserves the right to suspend or close the account at any time.

2.1 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login details — username and password — completely confidential. Do not share your password or account access details with any third party. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify the 555 r support team immediately.

You are responsible for all activity carried out on your account. 555 r will not be liable for authorised or unauthorised use by a third party unless it is clearly proven that a technical fault on the platform's part is responsible.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

555 r may at any time request documents necessary to verify a member's identity. If a national identity card, passport or other government-issued ID cannot be provided, the account may be restricted or suspended. This verification process is essential for members' protection and platform security.

555 r's services are available only to persons aged 21 years or older. Opening an account in the name of a minor, or allowing any minor to use the service, is strictly prohibited. 555 r's position on this matter is firm.

When registering an account the member declares that they are over 21 years of age. However, proof of age may be requested if needed. If an account is opened with a false age declaration, that account will be closed immediately and all funds in it may be forfeited.

4.1 Deposit Rules

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• The mobile banking number used for withdrawals must match the number used for deposits.
• Withdrawals may be held if the account's identity verification has not been completed.
• To withdraw funds earned from bonus funds, the specified wagering requirements must be met.
• If there is any suspicion of fraudulent activity, 555 r reserves the right to put a withdrawal on hold.

555 r offers a welcome bonus for new members. A 100% bonus is available on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. To withdraw this bonus amount, the bonus must be wagered 25 times.

For example, if someone deposits ৳1,000, a ৳1,000 bonus is added making the total balance ৳2,000, and to withdraw the bonus, ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000 must be wagered.

5.1 Bonus Terms of Use

• Each bonus has a specific validity period — any unused bonus will be cancelled once the period expires.
• More than one bonus cannot be active at the same time unless the promotion terms state otherwise.
• A bonus may only be used in your own account — it cannot be shared with or transferred to others.
• 555 r reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If any unusual betting pattern or bonus abuse is suspected, the bonus may be cancelled and the account suspended.

5.2 VIP Cashback

555 r's VIP programme has three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier. Cashback is based on the week's net losses — up to 0.4% for Bronze, up to 0.8% for Silver and up to 1.2% for Gold. Cashback is treated as real cash and no additional wagering is required.

All bets on 555 r are placed at the member's own discretion and independently. Once a bet is confirmed it cannot be changed or cancelled unless a technical fault in the system is proven.

All game outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG), which is completely impartial and verifiable. No game outcome is predetermined or manipulated.

6.1 Sports Betting

• Special rules apply to live bets placed after a match has started — all odds are subject to change.
• If a match is cancelled or suspended for longer than a specified period, that bet will be considered void and the stake will be returned.
• If an error is found in published odds, 555 r reserves the right to cancel the relevant bet.
• In a multi-bet, if one selection loses the entire bet is lost.

6.2 Casino Games

• The RTP (Return to Player) of all casino games varies by game and represents a long-term average — it is not a guarantee for any specific session.
• If the internet connection is lost during a game, the game result will be safely stored on the server and can be viewed after reconnecting.
• Any winnings obtained by exploiting a software bug or error will be considered void.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 555 r platform and may result in permanent account closure:

• Creating or operating more than one account.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Placing simultaneous opposing bets with the intent to exploit the bonus system.
• Attempting to influence the gaming or betting system using any automated software, bot or script.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another member's account.
• Using any harmful code or malware with the intent to damage the platform's systems or network.
• Betting with a third party's funds or operating an account on behalf of a third party.
• Allowing anyone under 21 to use the account.

555 r reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any member's account for any reason, without prior notice. Common reasons include violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, failure to complete identity verification and legal directives.

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

Any member may close their account if they wish. To do so, contact the 555 r support team. Funds in the balance may be withdrawn before the account is closed; however, funds subject to unmet bonus wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn.

8.2 Voluntary Break

If a member feels that their gaming habits are getting out of control, they may temporarily lock their account for a set period. 555 r provides this option as part of responsible gaming.

555 r endeavours to provide as uninterrupted a service as possible; however, the platform will not be liable in the following situations:

• Service disruption caused by internet disconnection or network issues.
• Loss caused by a problem with the member's own device or software.
• System errors by a third-party game provider.
• Service interruption due to natural disasters, cyber-attacks or other uncontrollable circumstances.
• Financial losses arising from a member's gaming decisions.

In no event will 555 r's liability exceed the actual funds in the member's account. No compensation will be given for indirect losses or missed opportunities.
